No. That's the entire point. You describe what you want. We handle every technical decision.
How long does a project take?+
Standard turnaround is 7 days from approved brief. Rush (3 days) and same-week priority are available add-ons.
What if I don't like the first cut?+
One full revision round is included in every tier. We use time-coded review notes in your portal to keep it fast and clear.
Who owns the final video?+
You do. Full commercial rights for the finished master, including reuse, edits, and paid media.
Can you use my footage or brand assets?+
Yes. Any tier supports mixing your footage, logos, product photography, and brand fonts with AI-generated material.
How do I pay?+
50% deposit locks your production slot; balance is due on final delivery. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.
Do you offer refunds?+
If we haven't started production, the deposit is fully refundable. Once shots are approved and generation begins, the deposit covers work already delivered.
